1. In this application, the plaintiff applies for leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal. Mr Lam, on behalf of the second-named 1st defendant, concedes that they are entitled to leave to appeal as of right. Mr Fung, who represents himself today, is unaware of the provisions but the Court has already informed him that it sees no basis upon which leave to appeal could be resisted.
