This is an appeal from a determination by Ma JA (as he then was), given on 20 June 2003, whereby the judge refused to extend time for appealing two interlocutory orders of Deputy Judge Poon dated 13 March and 1 April 2003 respectively. The decision of this court was given on 11 July with reasons to be handed down in writing later, which we now do.
