COURT: The Accused, you have been convicted by the jury’s verdict of trafficking in a dangerous drug. I have taken into account everything said by your counsel on your behalf. Having regard to the quantity of drugs in which you unlawfully trafficked, namely 95.19 grammes of a crystalline solid containing 94.54 grammes of methamphetamine hydrochloride, I consider a term of 11 years to be the appropriate starting point. There is no aggravation calling for an increase nor any mitigation calling for a decrease.

I therefore sentence you to 11 years’ imprisonment.
