1.Despite the evidence that the debtor is unable to appear today by reason of a medical appointment for the removal of stitches, I make the usual bankruptcy order with costs against him because:

(1) The Statutory Demand is based on a judgment debt;

(2) No evidence has been filed by the debtor to demonstrate what bona fide dispute he has over the judgment debt; and

(3) He has had ample notice of this hearing and there is no explanation why the appointment in question has to clash with this hearing.
