Kindly note the following correction in the Judgment of the above case given by Deputy High Court Judge Mayo on 18 January 2010:-

(1) Page 1, paragraph 1, the 1^st line, “Levy” should be amended to read as “Lung”;

(2) Page 5, paragraph 21, the 1st line, “her Reasons for her Decision, ...” should be amended to read as “his Reasons for his Decision, ...”;

(3) Page 5, paragraph 21, the last word, “her” should be amended to read as “him”.
