CORRIGENDUM

1.At paragraph 2 on page 2, the sentence should read:

“Madam Lam Wai Yuen (“the Deceased”) died on 16 December 1997, leaving her last will dated 14 October 1997 (“the Will”).”

2.At paragraph 27 on page 11, the 4^th sentence should read:

“ At the same time, in correspondence before these proceedings and in the affidavit filed herein, the plaintiff had stated that the hospital expenses were paid out of the plaintiff’s own pocket.”

3.At paragraph 46 on page 18, the numbering of the orders made therein should run from (1) to (4).

4.At paragraph 46 on page 18, the 2^nd order made therein should read:

“Within 7 days or such other period as may be agreed between the parties, the defendant shall execute an assent of the Property in favour of the plaintiff with the legal costs for the assent to be borne by the plaintiff.”
