1.Page 15, paragraph 27, “I think that if it had been intended that” should read “we think that if it had been intended that”.
2.Page 17, paragraph 30.3, “to enable the potential s.52A party to apply to be joined” should read “to enable the potential s.52A(2) party to apply to be joined”.
3.Page 19, paragraph 35, “in case I am wrong on the summons” should read “in case we are wrong on the summons”.
4.Page 25, paragraph 48, “unless satisfied that the judge had made an error or law” should read “unless satisfied that the judge had made an error of law”.
