1.Having heard the parties, I regret to say that whilst I have no doubt that Mr Gurdas strongly believes that he has been gravely wronged by the petitioner, I am unable to see any legitimate defence to this petition which is based on a judgment debt. It is therefore the duty of the court to make the usual bankruptcy order with costs.
