Kindly note that the following corrections in the Decision handed down by Deputy High Court Judge Kent Yee on 4 March 2014:

1.Page 1, para. 1, line 1, replace the words “Wong Yat Yiu (“Wong”) by his summonses” by “Hilder Company Limited (“Hilder”) by its summonses” and replace the word “his” before the word “Reply” with “its”.

2.Page 2, para.2, line 1, replace the words “Hilder Company Limited (“Hilder”), the plaintiff” with “Hilder”.

3.Page 2, para. 2, line 4, replace the words “Wong’s claim” with the words “the claim of Wong Yat Yiu (“Wong”)”.

4.Page 3, para. 7, line 2, delete the word “the” after the word “by”.

5.Page 3, para. 9, line 6, insert the word “this” before the words “legal action” and replace the words “The 2^nd defendant” with “Wong”.

6.Page 10, para. 26(4), line 4, replace the word “advisor” with the word “advisors”.
