This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Mdm Wong, against the decision of a master on 23 January 2015 in granting leave to the defendant, the incorporated owners of Nos 11-12 Canal Road West, to amend its Amended Defence and Counterclaim (“ ADAC ”) . At the conclusion of the hearing, judgment was reserved which I now give.
