Please note the following amendments in the Judgment on Costs dated 20 April 2015:-

On page 6, at paragraph 15:

The last sentence “However, we confine our award of such costs to the amount of the appellant’s legal aid contribution, if any.” should be deleted.

On page 6, at paragraph 16, line 3:

“limited as aforesaid” should be deleted.
