1.On page 27, paragraph 7.2, the first line should read: “Mr. Shieh submitted that it was wrong to limit the”.

2.On page 29, paragraph 9, the first sentence should read: “There will be an order nisi that Smart Wave is to have 90% (because of its failure on the issue of the temporal limit) of the costs of the appeal and cross appeal and below.”
