Please note the following amendments in the reasons for Judgment handed down on 16 June 2015:
(1) On page 9, paragraph 25 should read “Accordingly the sentence should be one of 17 months’ imprisonment.”
(2) On page 9, paragraph 26 should read “In the circumstances the appeal is allowed to the extent that the sentence that the magistrate passed is quashed and substituted by a sentence of 17 months’ imprisonment.”
