1.Kindly note the following corrections are made in paragraphs 3, 21 and 23 of the decision handed down on 10 June 2015:-

2.Under paragraph 3, the reference to “the plaintiff’ should be replaced by “D2/P”.

3.Under paragraph 21, the Ordinance concerned should be the Conveyancing and Property Ordinance, Cap 219 instead of the Land Registration Ordinance, Cap 128.

4.Under paragraph 23, “the interest of D8” in line 3 should read “the interest of D2/P”.
