These are the reasons for my decision on 3 July 2015 to continue an urgent injunction I granted on 28 June 2015 against China Kingstone Mining Holdings Ltd (“China Kingstone”) and the underwriter Royal Moon International Ltd (“Royal Moon”), requiring in essence that the relevant shares in the open offer be allotted to the petitioner rather than to Royal Moon.
