Kindly note the following corrections in the Judgment of the above case handed down by the Honourable Mr. Justice Anthony Chan on 3 June 2015:-

(1)Page 4, paragraph 10, 6^th line, the word “also” be inserted after the word “is”;

(2)Page 5, paragraph 13, last line, “operated” should read as “functioned”;

(3)Page 6, paragraph 18, 1^st line “To conclude, there are a number of and contributing factors to” should read as “To conclude, there were a number of contributing factors to”.

(4)Page 14, paragraph 43, 2^nd line, “suggestion” should read as “suggested”.
