In the Decision of the above case given by the Court of First Instance on 22 July 2015, the correction reads as follows: -

Page 3, paragraph 6(b)(i), line 1, deletes “20(4)” and substitutes with “20C(4)”;

Page 31, paragraph 91, line 3, adds “to” before “claim his lost emoluments”;

Page 32, paragraph 94, line 3, deletes “were” and substitutes with “or”;

Page 32, paragraph 96, line 3, deletes “of” and the word “rise” be  substituted by the word “raise”;

Page 33, paragraph 97, line 1, deletes “Mr Ho”;  

Page 33, paragraph 99, line 5, adds “)” before “, be struck out…” ;

Page 34, paragraph 102, line 2, deletes “each of the defendant” and substitutes with “be to the defendant”; and

Page 34, paragraph 102, line 3, deletes “to be taxed on” and substitutes with “to be taxed in accordance with the”.
