_________________ CORRIGENDUM Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 30 January 2015:- 1. In 3rd line of paragraph 130, delete “of HK$17m plus 12 months interest, making a total”. 2. In 3rd line of paragraph 130, “HK$21.08m” should read “HK$17.68m”. 3. In the last line of paragraph 132, “HK$21.08m” should read “HK$17.68m”. 4. In 2nd line of paragraph 133(i), “HK$21.08m” should read “HK$17.68m”. 5. In paragraph 133(ii), “HK$21.08m” in the first line should read “HK$17.68m” and in the third line add after the word “condition”, “If there is a reduction of the sum of HK$17.68 held by the Court for whatever reason, D shall pay the shortfall into Court within 14 days after the amount has been reduced, to satisfy the condition”.
