1. By the present application, 690 applicants comprising about 850 persons, holding an aggregate of about 10.43% of the total undivided shares of the Mayfair Gardens, seek the tribunal’s order to hold an owners’ meeting of the Mayfair Gardens for the purpose of forming an owners’ incorporation (“IO”) pursuant to s.4 of the Building Management Ordinance, Cap 344 (“BMO”).
