Notice is hereby given that the following amendments be made to the judgment dated the 9th day of July, 2015:-
(1)The entire paragraph 23 be replaced with:- “23. The Applicant refers to the statistics released in the Quarterly Report on Wages and Payroll Statistics of September 2010. A security guard working eight-hour shifts earned an average of HK$6790 per month. Mr. Cheng, for the Applicant, submits that this is a suitable comparison.”;
(2)Paragraph 24, the figure “9,403” be replaced with “6,790” and “50.10%” be replaced with “63.97%” ;
(3)Paragraph 26, “50.10%” be replaced with “63.97%”;
(4)Paragraph 27, “50.10%” be replaced with “63.97%” and the sum “HK$775,548” be replaced with “HK$990,255.60”;
(5)Paragraph 31, the sum “HK$775,548” be replaced with “HK$990,255.60” and the total amount of compensation at “HK$1,512,218.40” be replaced with “HK$1,726,926.00”
