Please note the following corrections in the Judgment dated 20 August 2015:-

1.  1^st line of block quote in paragraph 9, “it should be held liable…” should read “it should not be held liable…”.

2.  8^th line of paragraph 31, “(who appeared for the plaintiff below)” should read “(who appeared for the defendant below)”.

3.  Footnote 23 in page 13, “Ms Kwon” should read “Ms Kwok”.

4.  3^rd line of paragraph 44, “plaintiff to rely on him.” should read “defendant to rely on him.”.

5.  3^rd line of paragraph 46, “fixing the plaintiff with vicarious liability.” should read “fixing the defendant with vicarious liability.”.

6.  2^nd line of paragraph 47, “He was not employed by the plaintiff.” should read “He was not employed by the defendant.”.
