Please note the following corrigendum in the Decision dated 13 November 2015:

1.In paragraph 50, first sentence, delete “Mr Dykes” and replace with “Mr Philip Dykes, SC, appearing with Mr Azan Marwah, for the applicant,”.

2.In paragraph 61, penultimate sentence, replace the full-stop with a colon, and last sentence, delete “For it should be less reluctant for the HKSAR” and insert “The HKSARG should be more reluctant”.

3.In paragraph 65, first sentence, after “will”, insert “ordinarily”.

4.In paragraph 70, after “late”, insert “it”.

5.In paragraph 85, first sentence, replace “rubic” with “rubric”.

6.In paragraph 86, second sentence, replace “by” with “my” and delete “that” after “and that”.

7.In paragraph 92, first sentence, after “Mr Wong”, insert “in addition to Davidson, cites Falcon Private Bank Ltd and”.

8.In paragraph 93, fifth sentence, replace “more than” with “different from”.
