Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 23 December 2016:

1.In paragraph 124, delete the last sentence which read “After all, the law is there to help those who cannot help themselves.”

2.In paragraph 160, subparagraph (2), replace “Rana class” with “Rana caste”.

3.In paragraph 321, after the last sentence, insert the following sentence: “The point however is that this article concerns an important set of prohibitions, in particular forced or compulsory labour, which would have a bearing on any margin of discretion.”
