This is an application by Mr Lau William John (“ the Bankrupt ”) for an order to remove the Joint and Several Trustees of his property viz Stephen Briscoe and Chan Pui Sze of Briscoe Wong Ferrier (“ Trustees ”) under section 96(2) of the Bankruptcy Ordinance, Cap 6 (“ Ordinance ”) and to appoint the Official Receiver (“ OR ”) in their place. The application is opposed by the Trustees.
