Please take notice that the following amendment has been made to the judgment handed down by the Hon Mr Justice Yeung V-P, the Hon Madam Justice Yuen JA and the Hon Mr Justice D Pang JA on 26 October 2015 in this case:

“Paragraph 65(1) on page 34——‘cash … on any single festive programme should read ‘cash … on any single festive occasion.”
