The present consolidated action consists of 6 separate actions brought by a total of 2,631 individual plaintiffs residing in the PRC who claim to be beneficially entitled to a total of 456,325 ordinary shares in a Hong Kong company known as China Shanshui Investment Company Limited (“CSI”), amounting to approximately 45.63% of all the issued share capital thereof, presently held by the 1 st defendant as trustee on their behalf.
