By a judgment handed down on 15 October 2014, the Lands Tribunal made an award of compensation in connection with the extinguishment of marine rights pertaining to Lot 22 in DD 356, Penny’s Bay, Lantau, Hong Kong (“Lot 22”), then held by Penny’s Bay Investment Company Limited (“the Applicant”).
