Please note the following amendments in the Judgment dated 13 April 2016

In paragraph 31, line 3: “...see §0 below” should read “...see §72 below”.

In paragraph 33, line 3: “...see §0 below” should read “...see §75 below”.

In paragraph 69, line 2: “...The area of each lot has been noted in §0 above” should read “...The area of each lot has been noted in §36 above”.

In paragraph 93, line 1: “As I have said in §0 above...” should read “As I have said in §50 above...”.

In paragraph 100, “I order that the plaintiff’s claim be dismissed with costs, with the defendant’s costs, including all costs reserved, to be taxed and paid by the plaintiff to the defendant.” should be “I order that the plaintiff’s claim be dismissed with costs, with the defendant’s costs, including all costs reserved, to be taxed and paid by the plaintiff to the defendant with certificate for two counsel”.
