C O R R I G E N D A

The following amendments are made to the Reasons for Judgment dated 15 July 2016:
1.Paragraph 1, line D, “section 83V of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance, Cap. 221” should read as “section 83E of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance, Cap. 221” ;
2.Paragraph 21, line H, “the relationship of agent and principle” should read as “the relationship of agent and principal”;
3.Paragraph 27, line S, “to the fixing updates within 28 days hereof” should read as “for fixing of the trial dates within 28 days hereof”;
4.Paragraph 28, line E, “to be taxes not agreed” should read as “to be taxed if not agreed”;
5.The representation of the Respondent should read as “Mr Martin Hui SC, DDPP and Ms Peggy Lo, SPP, of the Department of Justice, for the respondent”.
