--------------------------- 判刑理由書 --------------------------- 被告人原先被控一項（即第一項）「搶劫」罪，經審訊之後，法庭接受他的認罪，並裁定他只就法定交替的「普通襲擊」罪罪成。「普通襲擊」罪的最高判監期為1年，而被告人已被拘留大概9個月，主要基於這個原因，縱使報告並不建議，本席亦判處被告人感化，為期12個月。
