The dispute between the parties in these 4 proceedings arose out of the affairs of a company, Hong Kong Agriculture Special Zone Limited (香港農業專區有限公司) (“Company”), which engages in importing pigs from the Mainland and selling them by public auction in Hong Kong in return for commission.
