Please note the following corrigenda in the Decision handed down on 14 February 2018:

1. On page 16, at §30 (ii), the last sentence, “cannot be aside” should read as “cannot be set aside”.

2. On page 19, at §31 (ii), the 2^nd line, “inheritance or otherwise” should read as “inherent or otherwise”.

3. On page 26, at §47, the last sentence, it should read as “The original time estimate of 2 years is obviously the most optimistic one...”
