1. This is the trial of four actions which are heard together. The four plaintiffs are individuals. I shall refer to them by their last names, Wong, Chim, Cheng and Liu. They make separate claims against Madam Li Yim Fong, also known as Maria Li, for restitution, based on substantially the same facts.
