1. Charge 1 concerns a campaign known as “Occupy Central with Love and Peace” or “Let Love and Peace Occupy Central” launched by D1 to D3 in or about March 2013 (the “OCLP”). D1 to D3, in a press conference on 27 th March 2013, together announced the commencement of the OCLP. Through the OCLP, D1 to D3 strived for their advocated form of universal suffrage in the election of the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
