1. It seems to me that, on an application of this nature, the parties would wish to know the result of the application as soon as possible. Therefore, I propose to give my decision straight away. I am, of course, assisted in being able to do so by the fact that both sides have produced full skeleton arguments, indeed one might say with quite a lot of flesh on the bones.
