This appeal is brought by the defendant, Changhong Group (HK) Limited (“Changhong”), against the decision of Anthony Chan J on 15 November 2018 dismissing its application for stay of an action brought by the plaintiff, Bright Shipping Limited (“Bright Shipping”), on the ground of forum non conveniens .
