2.The husband did not pursue the appeal in CACV 77/2013 in view of the interim stay granted on 7 May 2013.  We make no order as to costs of the appeal and below in CACV 77/2013. 

3.For the avoidance of doubt, the costs order made by this Court (Fok and Barma JJA) on 7 May 2013 is not disturbed.
