On page 11 at footnote 10, “HKSAR v Abdullah [2009] 2 HKLRD 437.” should read “HKSAR v Abdallah [2009] 2 HKLRD 437.”.

On page 12 at paragraph 28, “The case of Abdullah…” should read “The case of Abdallah…”.
