The applicant pleaded guilty to numerous fraud and related offences in three separate cases before District Court Judge K Lo (the judge) and was sentenced to a total term of 82 months and 148 days’ imprisonment (the equivalent of 7 years and 3 months’ imprisonment). He applies for leave to appeal against his sentence.
