Notice is hereby given that the following amendment be made to the Judgment:-

To add the followings at the end of paragraph 88 of the Judgment:-

“For the purpose of clarification, the Land that the plaintiff is entitled to claim possessory title to under the CJ Action is the one as defined under §3 of the amended statement of claim dated 10 December 2019, ie “the area lying at the northeastern corner of Lot 647, namely 新界粉嶺軍地東村81號 (“the Land”)”. For identification purpose, a plan which has been attached to the amended statement of claim is now annexed herewith showing the Lot with the Land delineated in red which the plaintiff is entitled to possessory title under this judgment.”
