This is the applicant’s application for relief from sanction for failing to comply with an unless order dated 12 July 2021 whereby he was required to lodge two sets of appeal bundle for his appeal by no later than 4pm on 26 July 2021, failing which his appeal would be automatically dismissed without further order (“the Unless Order”).
