1. 上訴法庭在2021年12月17日頒下判案書 [1] 。就酷刑聲請上訴委員會（「上訴委員會」）的決定，高等法院暫委法官陳忠基拒絕給予各申請人許可，逾期申請許可提出司法覆核，本庭撤銷第一申請人的上訴，但判第二及第三申請人上訴得直。第一申請人在2022年1月5日存檔《提出動議通知書》，就上訴法庭的判決申請許可上訴至終審法院。
