Please note the following corrigendum in the Ruling handed down on 1 August 2022:

1.  Page 1, paragraph 1, lines S to T: “… 4 counts of doing an act or acts with seditious intention, contrary to section 10(1)(a) of the Crimes Ordinance, Cap. 200 (Charges 2 to 5)” should read “… 3 counts of doing an act or acts with seditious intention, contrary to section 10(1)(a) of the Crimes Ordinance, Cap. 200 (Charges 2 to 4)”.

2.  Page 2, paragraph 2, lines D to E: “… Charges 2 to 5” should read “… Charges 2 to 4”.
