Please note the following amendments in Decision dated 29 September 2022: -

1.  Page 20, paragraph 16, line H to I, “Alleged Transfer Documents and the Alleged Transfer Documents” should read “Alleged Share Transfers and the Alleged Transfer Documents”.

2.  Page 21, paragraph 20, line Q, “a case has been shown that is” should read “a case has been shown that is [more than]”.

3.  Page 24, paragraph 30, line L to M, “2 Feb 2010 paras 214-6).” should read “2 Feb 2010 paras 214-6).” ”.

4.  Page 25, paragraph 32, line F to G, “he might have signed the Alleged Share Transfer” should read “he might have signed the Alleged Transfer Documents”.
