Family law – Custody variation – Welfare of the child – 《婚姻法律程序與財產條例》（香港法例第 192 章）第 19 條 – 《未成年人監護條例》第 3 條 – Joint custody – Care and control – Access – No costs order – The court considered the welfare of the children as the paramount consideration. Social welfare reports recommended joint custody with the mother having care and control. The children expressed a wish to live with the mother. The court found the mother to be the primary caregiver and better able to meet the children's needs. The father's night shift work was less suitable for primary care. The court granted joint custody, care and control to the mother, and specific access arrangements for the father. No costs order was made.
