By a notice of appeal of 22 nd April 2022, the Plaintiffs seek to appeal against the order of Master Rita So of 14 th April 2022, whereby she dismissed the Plaintiffs’ application under paragraphs 5 and 6 of their summons filed on 15 th October 2021 seeking discovery of an unredacted version of the board minutes of the Defendant dated 6 th October 2004 (“ the Minutes ”).
