2.On page 2, the Plaintiff in HCMP1034/2021 should read “LIN FEIZHU, suing in her personal capacity and as administratrix of the estate of WONG CHING YIN, Deceased”.

3.At paragraph 2 on page 3, “Madam Lin Fei Zhu” should read “Madam Lin Feizhu”.

4.At paragraph 59(2) on page 32, the second sentence “Wong’s own costs be taxed in accordance with the Legal Aid Regulations” be deleted.
