Please note the following amendment(s) in the Decision dated 24 November 2023:

1.Page 6 and paragraph 16 (started from the 1^st line of page 6): “…Mr Ho accepted that the relevant pleadings which this Court has to take into account are the 2017 Action latest draft S/C and the Present Action latest draft S/C respectively…” should read as “…Mr Fong accepted that the relevant pleadings which this Court has to take into account are the 2017 Action latest draft S/C and the Present Action latest draft S/C respectively…”; and

2.Page 6 and paragraph 16 (started from the 5^th line of page 6): “…In this regard, Mr Fong has helpfully prepared a table for such comparison…” should read as “…In this regard, Mr Ho has helpfully prepared a table for such comparison…”
