Please note the following corrigendum in the Reasons for Decision [2023] HKCFI 1719 dated 29 June 2023:

1.In paragraph 21 on page 17, lines J - K,  “ The defence were contended with this arrangement. ” should read “ The defence were contented with this arrangement.”.

2.In paragraph 24 on page 18, lines D - F,  “ in direct conflict with the documents ” should read “ in direct conflict with the Documents ”.

3.In paragraph 26 on page 18, lines P - Q,  “ I am satisfied that this is not a case in which a fair trial would not be possible. ” should read “ I was satisfied that this was not a case in which a fair trial would not be possible. ”.

4.In paragraph 27 on page 19, lines B - D,  “ The only part of this judgment which may be reported publicly are the above Conclusions. ” should read “ The only part of this judgment which may be reported publicly is the above Conclusion. ”.
