The 10 th and 11 th Defendants took out the Summons dated 16 November 2023 for the stay of execution of the Order of Master Grace Chow dated 21 September 2023 that the 10 th and 11 th Defendants do provide Answers to Request 4 of the Plaintiff’s Request for Further and Better Particulars dated 25 May 2023 pending the determination of the Appeal against the Master’s decision.
